What time is check in and check out?
Check in from 12:00 p.m., (before if the room is available) check-out before 12:00 p.m.
Can I leave the room late?
Depending on whether your room is reserved by other guests, you can put back your check out for up to an hour.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
By availability, yes.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
No, only windows, or windows right down to the floor.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, although there have been cases of guests smoking in the bedroom, despite it being non-smoking, it is something we cannot completely control.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
5 floors, with lift (elevator). The reception is on the first floor and to use the lift from the entrance you must advise beforehand.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
Yes.
Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
No.

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
There is a public car park with which we have a special agreement. 10 €/ 24 hours.
Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes.
Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?Is it wireless?
Yes, the highest up rooms and depending on the computer sometimes the connection does not reach. In this case you can use the lounge or the café.
Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
All of them are very similar.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
A little English and a little french.
Where may I rent a car?
At train station.
